AI Career Atlas measures what AI labs and AI-native companies actually hire for — every night from their own job boards, and every month in the AI Hiring Index — and pairs it with a learning map: what an experienced engineer needs to learn to get there, in order, with the reason for every pick.
Why it exists
Plenty of sites list AI jobs. Few say how their numbers are made, and fewer connect "what companies ask for" to "what to learn next". This site tries to do both: a narrow set of companies read directly from their own boards, every number shown with its sample size, a public methodology, tags checked every month, and pay shown only as the base range a posting publishes.
How it is funded
There are no ads and no sponsors. Whether a pick on the learning map links through an affiliate program, how such a link is marked, and why it never decides what is recommended is on the methodology page: the best resource for a skill comes first whether or not it pays a commission.
